为了给我国小麦慢病性品种的选育提供材料和依据,用最新开发的STS标记Cssfr5 对部分小麦材料的 Lr34/Yr18/Pm38基因型进行了检测,结果表明,147份小麦材料中仅有8个品种携带这些抗病基因,占供试材料的5.4%。表明在我国小麦抗病育种工作中, Lr34/Yr18/Pm38慢病性基因的利用未受到足够重视,在抗病育种中具有很大的发展空间。本研究筛选的慢病性材料可用于培育具持久抗病性的小麦品种。 |

Stripe rust,Leaf rust and Powdery mildew are the three most widely distributed disease of wheat. Using resistant cultivars are the most economical and environment friendly way for minimizing the losses caused by these disease. The three documented resistance genesLr34,Yr18 andPm38 still in used today were proved to be in the same locus, they showed durable and widespectrum resistance to stripe rust, leaf rust and powdery mildew. The aim of this study was to identify Lr34/Yr18/Pm38 genes by using a STS marker Cssfr5, the maker with good repeatability and high accuracy and could be therefore used for the identification ofLr34/Yr18 /Pm38 in wheat breeding programs. The results indicated that only 8 genotypes carried the resistance genes among the 147 improved wheat cultivars, with a frequency of 5.4%. It reflects that we should pay much attention on the use of Lr34 in Chinese wheat breeding program. In this study, the wheat cultivars withLr34/Yr18 /Pm38 identified can be used for cultivation of durable resistant cultivars. |
