为探明冠菌素在小麦抗高温胁迫中的作用机理,以春小麦品种辽春17和冬小麦品种京都40为试验材料,研究了新型植物生长物质冠菌素对小麦幼苗抗高温胁迫生理特性的影响。结果表明,在高温胁迫条件下,0.1 μmol·L-1的冠菌素处理可使小麦叶片保持较高的相对含水量,促进小麦幼苗叶片中可溶性蛋白的积累,降低叶片的质膜透性和丙二醛含量,维持细胞膜的完整性。同时,在高温胁迫条件下,冠菌素诱导叶片中26.6 kD附近热激蛋白的表达量上调,有利于缓解高温对小麦的伤害。 |

This study aims to investigate the physiological and biochemical effects of coronatine (COR) on heat stress resistance of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) seedling leaves, using cv. Liaochun 17 and Jingdu 40) as materials. The result showed that under heat stress condition, the treatment with 0.1 μmol·L-1 COR could maintain higher relative water content of wheat seedling leaves and the stability of wheat leave cells throu, increasing soluble protein content in wheat leaves, decreasing the malondialdehyde content of wheat leaves and membrane permeability of wheat leave cells. Meanwhile, it is found that the expression of the 26.6kd heat shock protein was significantly increased when the seedling leaves was treated by the COR under heat stress. |
