      为给糯小麦的优质高产栽培提供理论依据和指导,以糯小麦糯麦12和其近等基因系非糯小麦川育12为材料,在防雨盆栽条件下,研究了糯小麦与非糯小麦之间品质水氮效应的差异。结果表明,水、氮处理对非糯小麦和糯小麦糖类、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量、沉降值、PPO活性、糊化特性、农艺性状均有显著影响,但具体水氮效应在两种小麦中表现有所不同。糯小麦的总糖和蔗糖含量表现为N0+干旱处理下最低,而非糯小麦总糖含量表现为N0+对照(湿润)处理下最低,蔗糖为N1+干旱处理下最高;两种小麦的戊聚糖含量均为N1+渍水处理下最高;糯小麦的果聚糖含量为N1+干旱处理下最高,而非糯小麦为N0+渍水处理下最高。糯麦12在N0+干旱处理下,淀粉含量最高,而非糯小麦川育12在N1+对照处理下最高;蛋白质含量,糯麦12表现为N1+对照处理下最高,而非糯小麦川育12在N1+渍水处理下最高;糯麦12与川育12的SDS沉降值均为N1+渍水处理下最高,PPO活性值均为N1+对照处理下最低。农艺性状方面,糯小麦与非糯小麦的旗叶长、宽、有效分蘖数均为渍水处理下表现为增加,灌浆期为干旱处理下最短,两种施氮处理间无明显差异;在N1+渍水处理下,糯麦12的穗长和单株干重表现出最高值,在N0+渍水处理下,其小穗数最多,其穗粒数在N1+对照处理下最高;而非糯小麦川育12的穗长与小穗数在N0+渍水处理下表现出最高值,穗粒数与单株干重在N1+渍水处理下表现为最高。

      To study the difference of water and nitrogen effect in waxy and common wheat,pot experiment was carried out by using waxy wheat Nuomai 12 and it's near isogenic line common wheat Chuanyu 12. The results indicated that water and nitrogen application affect the agronomic traits and quality of waxy and common wheat, but showed different water and nitrogen effect in waxy and common wheat. Under the drought +N0 conditions, the soluble sugar and sucrose contents in Nuomai 12 were lowest, for Chuanyu 12, the lowest soluble sugar contents was detected under control water + N0 application, the sucrose contents was lowest under the conditions of drought + N1 application. The highest pentosan contents of both types wheat were detected under the conditions of waterlogging + N1 application. The highest fructan contents in Nuomai 12 were found with drought + N1 application and in Chuanyu 12 was under the conditions of waterlogging + N0 application. Under the drought +N0 conditions, the starch content of Nuomai 12 was highest, while in Chuanyu 12 the highest starch content was observed under control water + N1 application. The highest protein content were found under control water + N1 application in Nuomai 12 and under the conditions of waterlogging + N1 application in Chuanyu 12. In two types of wheat, the highest SDS sedimentation were detected under the conditions of waterlogging + N1 application and the lowest PPO activities were observed under control water + N1 application. These results indicated that according to wheat cultivars, different water and nitrogen application should be used to improve waxy wheat quality. The largest flag leaf area and highest effective tillers in waxy and common wheat were found under waterlogging application, Grain filling period was shortest under drought application in two types of wheat, and there were not significant effects under two kinds of nitrogen treatment. The spike length and plant weight of Nuomai 12 were highest under the conditions of waterlogging + N1 application, the number of spikelets per spike was highest under the conditions of waterlogging + N0 application, and the highest number of grains per spike was found under control water + N1 application. To chuanyu12, the spike length and spikelets per spike were highest under waterlogging + N0 application, both grains number per spike and the weight per plant were highest under waterlogging + N1 application.
