      为建立温光型两系杂交小麦新品种绵杂麦168的高产制种技术体系,研究了其亲本的安全播期、最佳父母本行比和不育系适宜密度。结果表明,其母本核不育系MTS 1在绵阳的安全播期为10月30日前,不育期较C49S 87延长10 d;10月25日前后父母本同期播种,花期相遇良好且制种安全;绵杂麦168制种产量受父母本行比和不育系种植密度影响显著,最佳父母本行比为1∶5或1∶6,不育系适宜密度为210×104·hm-2
英文摘要:
      Thermo photoperiod sensitive two line hybrid wheat was the main way to utilizing wheat heterosis. MZM168(MTS 1×MR168) was a new thermo photoperiod sensitive two line hybrid wheat, which was bred by Mianyang Research Institute of Agricultural Sciences. In 2007, it was registered in China and Sichuan province at the same time. The highest Yield of MZM168 was 8565 kg·hm-2 in Sichuan province, which was higher 20% than normal wheat varieties. In order to set up the techniques for seed production of MZM168, the safe sowing date of thermo photoperiod sensitive male sterile line, the best row ratio of male vs female parents and the optimum density of female parent were studied. The results showed that male sterile rate of MTS 1 was over 97% when it was sown before October 30 at Mianyang, and the duration of its male sterility extended 10 d more than that C49S 87(CK); The row ratio of male vs female parents and the density of female parent had significant effect on the yield of F1 seed. The best row ratio was 1∶5 or 1∶6 and the optimum density of female parent was 210×104·hm-2.
