      为了给培育具有广泛生态适应性的小麦品种提供参考依据,通过比对拟南芥自主开花基因(FLD基因)与小麦D基因组序列,获得小麦FLD基因的同源序列。分析结果表明,小麦TaFLD基因全长8 392 bp,具有3 087 bp完整ORF,编码1 028个氨基酸,亚细胞定位预测显示,其编码蛋白定位于细胞质。TaFLD基因功能预测表明,该基因具有糖苷水解酶、氨基酸氧化酶、半乳糖氧化酶和肽酶功能结构域,并在Caspase家族组氨酸活性部位出现保守区域。利用TaFLD的两个SNPs及32 bp的缺失开发的分子标记对196份小麦材料遗传多样性分析表明,该基因出现多态性的材料较少,并且这种多态性差异与品种的生态类型有一定的相关性。

      Flowering gene of autonomous pathway has important theoretical and practical significance for wheat varieties with wide ecological applicability in wheat cultivation. This study used the related information of autonomous pathway FLD gene from Arabidopsis to align with the sequence of wheat D genome, the sequences of FLD in wheat was obtained and analyzed. It showed that the length of TaFLD gene was 8392 bp with the complete ORF of 3087 bp, which encoding 1 028 amino acids. The prediction of subcellular localization indicated that the coded protein was located in cytoplasm, and conserved domain analysis showed there were function domains of Glycoside hydrolase, Amine oxidase, Galactose binding domain like and Peptidase, histidine active site of Caspase family in the TaFLD prosite domain. Using the two SNPs and 32 bp lack of TaFLD, molecular markers were developed to reveal the genetic diversity of TaFLD among 196 wheat materials. The analysis showed that the polymorphism of this gene among those materials was less, and this polymorphism suggested certain correlation between different ecological types of varieties.
