      小麦是山西省第二大粮食作物,其生产关系到全省的粮食安全和社会稳定。自建国以来山西省小麦生产取得了长足的进步,但是目前自产小麦不能满足全省小麦市场的需要,是山西省粮食结构中缺口最大的作物。目前,山西省小麦生产存在着成本高、效益低、单产增长缓慢、播种面积大幅缩小、 供需缺口持续加大、优质麦生产加工滞后等问题。本研究针对这些问题,从小麦生产自然生态条件、生产成本、产业结构等方面分析阐明了原因,并提出了相应的建议和对策,以期为山西省小麦生产与管理提供理论上的指导和参考,促进小麦生产的进步。
英文摘要:
      Wheat is a very important crop in Shanxi Province. The sown area of wheat occupies more than 20 percent of the whole cultivated area in Shanxi Provice. The total wheat consumption pocesses 56.5 percent of the total food consumption. Wheat production has developed for more than fifty years since 1949, and has gained many achievements. Nowadays the total wheat production output varies between 2 000~3 000 million kilogram. While wheat production still can not meet the demand of Shanxi province. The self sufficient percent of wheat is only 80%. Gap between supply and demand of wheat is very large in food supply structure in Shanxi province, thus wheat production affects food safety closely. There are problems in wheat production in Shanxi province,including high cost and low income, slowly increasing productivity, greatly decreased sown area. The paradox in wheat market becomes more severe. The paper analysed the reasons from aspects of natural ecological conditions, production cost, industrial structure, then discussed the strategies measures so as to provide scientific basis for decision making of local government to promote wheat production.
