为了调查普通小麦品种(系)以及杂交组合后代株系籽粒无机磷含量的分布情况,为低植酸小麦种质资源筛选、亲本选配和后代选择提供参考,利用钼蓝显色法测定了338个普通小麦品种(系)、232个近缘种杂交后代株系,以及4个普通小麦杂交组合的第四代(或第五代)株系的籽粒无机磷含量。结果表明,338个普通小麦品种(系)、232个近缘种杂交后代株系(共570份材料)的籽粒无机磷含量主要分布在0.46 ~0.93 μg·mg-1之间,低无机磷(低于0.15 μg·mg-1)和高无机磷(高于0.93 μg·mg-1)的材料都比较少,分别只占材料总数的3.16%和1.23%。4个杂交组合群体无机磷含量的平均值分别为0.65、0.59、0.45和0.58 μg·mg-1,与其亲本材料一样,没有高无机磷或者低无机磷含量的株系。这表明从中等无机磷含量的亲本杂交后代中难以筛选到高无机磷(低植酸)的株系。 |

In order to explore the distribution characteristics of the inorganic phosphorus, the grain whole mills of 338 common wheat cultivars/lines, 232 breeding lines from the crosses of common wheat ×related species, and 4 populations were determined colorimetrically. The results showed that, in common wheat cultivars/lines and the breeding lines from crosses of common wheat ×related species, the inorganic P content mainly ranged from 0.46 μg·mg-1 to 0.93 μg·mg-1, while few materials with low inorganic P content (less than 0.15 μg·mg-1) or high inorganic P content (more than 0.93 μg·mg-1) were found in cultivars/lines, but a few lines with high inorganic P (low phytic acid) could be screened out in the breeding lines. The mean values of inorganic P content in four populations were 0.65,0.59,0.45 and 0.58 μg·mg-1, respectively, but no lines with low inorganic P content or high inorganic P content were picked out, which maybe resulted from the parents' inorganic P contents. Therefore, the materials with low inorganic P content or high inorganic P content could be checked out in common wheat cultivars and other germplasm, and the parents with high inorganic P content should be used in the breeding programs for low phytic acid contents. |
