      为给八倍体小偃麦高光效育种提供理论依据,在温室条件下比较分析了八倍体小偃麦中1、中4、TAI7044、TAI7047开花期旗叶、旗叶叶鞘和穗下节间的气孔特性。结果表明,八倍体小偃麦的气孔导度、气孔开度、气孔密度和气孔面积在器官间和材料间均存在差异。各材料的气孔导度均表现为旗叶>叶鞘>穗下节间,材料间只有TAI7044的旗叶和叶鞘的气孔导度显著高于中1(P<0.05),各材料的气孔开度表现旗叶>穗下节间>叶鞘,材料间只有TAI7044的旗叶以及TAI7047的旗叶、叶鞘和穗下节间显著高于中1相应器官(P<0.01);不同器官的气孔密度以穗下节间高于旗叶和叶鞘,其中中1穗下节间的气孔密度极显著高于其他材料(P<0.01),而其旗叶和叶鞘与其他材料差异不显著(P>0.05);除中4外其余材料旗叶的气孔面积显著高于叶鞘和穗下节间,材料间只有TAI7044的旗叶以及TAI7047的旗叶、叶鞘和穗下节间显著高于中1相应器官(P<0.01);气孔周长在材料和器官间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。
英文摘要:
      The difference of stomatal characteristics among different green organs of Octoploid Trtielytrigia (Zhong 1,Zhong 4,TAI7044,TAI7047) was studied under greenhouse conditions. The results showed that the stomatal conductance (Gs), stomatal opening size,somatal density and somatal areas were different among different materials and organs. Gs of flag leaf was highest among all organs. Gs of flag leaf and sheath of TAI7044 and Gs of peduncle of Zhong 1 were higher than that of other materials. The stomatal opening size of flag leaf of TAI7044 was significantly higher than that of other organ(P>0.05) and that of sheath and peduncle of TAI7047 were higher than that of other materials(P>0.05). Somatal density of peduncle was highest among all organs, especially in Zhong 1. The difference of stomatal density between leaf and sheath of the same matrial was not significant,somatal areas of flag leaf was higher than that of sheath and peduncle, somatal perimeter was not significantly different among different organs of different materials(P>0.05) .
