      小麦光温敏雄性不育具有遗传基础简单、不育和恢复性好、易选配强优势组合等优点,是目前杂交小麦研究中比较重要的不育系类型。本文重点介绍了光温敏雄性不育的光温反应特性、形态发生类型、遗传和分子机制,以及不育系选育和杂交小麦品种应用状况,并探讨了该不育类型的可能基因调控特点和杂交小麦的研究方向。
英文摘要:
      The photo thermo sensitive male sterility was considered as the most promising way in wheat heterosis utilizity for its advantages of simple genetic basis, good performance in sterility and restoration, and easily to produce the excellent hybridization combination. Summarizied the main types of male sterility in wheat at home and abroad were the characteristics of responding to the photo period and temperature, the types of sterility morphogenesis, the mechanism of genetic and molecular of photo thermo sensitive male sterility in wheat, and the applications of sterile line and two line hybrid variety were reviewed. The character of genetic regulation and the research direction of hybrid wheat by this male sterility were discussed.
