      γ 氨基丁酸(γ aminobutytric Acid,GABA)是一类非蛋白质氨基酸,对人体有多种重要生理功能。为探明我国裸大麦籽粒GABA含量的分布及挖掘高含量的裸大麦资源,利用比色法对来自我国青藏高原地区的178份和国际干旱改良中心(International Arid Improvement Center, IAIC)引进的157份裸大麦籽粒GABA含量进行了分析,并考察了籽粒颜色与籽粒GABA含量的关系。结果表明,青藏高原地区裸大麦农家品种和育成品种籽粒GABA含量分别为19.00±5.90 mg·100 g-1和18.18±4.26 mg·100 g-1,均显著高于引进品种(13.41±5.01 mg·100 g-1);西藏农家品种富含高GABA种质,WB21籽粒GABA含量在所有参试品种中最高,为34.6±0.93 mg·100 g-1;籽粒GABA含量和籽粒颜色存在显著相关性,深色籽粒GABA含量高于浅色籽粒,紫色籽粒含量最高,为19.62±5.88 mg·100 g-1,黄白色籽粒GABA含量最低,为12.99±4.87 mg·100 g-1
英文摘要:
      γ aminobutytric acid (GABA) is a type of non protein amino acid, which has many important physiological functions on human body. To ascertain the distribution of grain GABA content in domestic naked barley and exploit germplasms abundant in GABA, the content of grain GABA in a total of 335 naked barleys was analyzed with colorimetric method, 178 of which collected from Qinghai Tibet Plateau region in China and 157 introduced from the International Arid Improvement Center (IAIC). Furthermore, the relationship between the color of grains and content of GABA was also studied. The grain GABA content in Qing hai Tibet Plateau landraces and cultivars was 19.00±5.90mg/100g and 18.18±4.26 mg/100g, respectively, much higher than that in varieties introduced from IAIC (13.41±5.01 mg/100g). Naked barley accessions with high GABA content were rich in the landraces of Qing hai Tibet Plateau and the landrace WB21 ranked first with the highest value 34.6±0.93mg/100g. Besides, there existed high relativity between GABA content and the color of grains. GABA content in dark color grains was higher than that in grains with light color. In this research, purple grain had the highest GABA value (19.62±5.88 mg/100g) and yellow white grain had the lowest (12.99±4.87 mg/100g).
