      为了明确农杆菌浸花处理对小麦结实及后代种子萌发的影响,用小麦品种郑麦9023、西农889和西农979进行了不同浓度农杆菌菌液的浸花处理。结果表明,小麦基因型和农杆菌菌液浓度对小麦结实率、千粒重、种子发芽率、幼苗高度、幼苗鲜重、幼苗干重、幼苗根长、叶绿素含量、MDA含量、POD、SOD活性及卡那霉素抗性苗率影响的互作效应不显著;随着农杆菌菌液浓度的增加,不同小麦品种的结实率、种子发芽率、幼苗高度、幼苗鲜重、幼苗干重、幼苗根长、叶绿素含量、POD及SOD活性呈降低趋势; MDA含量和卡那霉素抗性苗率总体随着农杆菌菌液浓度的增加而增加;小麦品种对农杆菌的反应存在一定基因型差异。综合分析农杆菌对小麦结实和种子萌发的影响及卡那霉素抗性苗率,农杆菌浸花处理的使用浓度在1.0~1.5 OD范围可能较为适宜。

      With the wheat varieties of Zheng 9023, Xinong889, Xinong979 as the dominated factors, the agrobacterium density of 0, 0.5, 1.5 and 2.5 OD as the deputy factors, the effect on wheat seed setting and germination of seeds of agrobacterium treatment on spikelet were studied by resplit plot design. The results showed that the interaction effects of varieties and agrobacterium density on the seed setting rate, thousand grain weight, seed germination rate, seedling height , seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, seedling root length, Chlorophyll content, MDA content, POD, SOD activity and Kanamhycin resistant plants rate were not significant. With the agrobacterium density increased, the seed setting rate, seed germination rate, seedling height, seedling fresh weight, seedling dry weight, seedling root length, Chlorophyll content, POD and SOD of different varieties decreased, MDA and Kanamhycin resistant plants rate increased, and agrobacterium effects were different among different wheat varieties. The most appropiate density of agrobacterium soaking spikelet for reducing wheat stress injury and increasing Kanamhycin resistant plants might be 1.0 1.5 OD.
