为研究小黑麦苗期耐盐性差异,以8个不同基因型小黑麦为试验材料,通过不同浓度NaCl(0、50、100、200、300 mmol·L-1)处理三叶期幼苗,15 d后测定各项生理指标。结果表明,除50 mmol·L-1 NaCl处理外,随NaCl浓度的升高,供试小黑麦质膜透性、丙二醛含量升高,渗透调节物质脯氨酸含量也大幅度上升,抗氧化酶SOD、POD、CAT活性及根系活力呈现先升高后降低的趋势。对以上指标进行综合评分得出,耐盐性强的品种为NTH1048和NTH1887,劲松49、黔中3号、中新830属于盐敏感品种。 |

To study the salt tolerance of different genotypes of triticale seedlings, the seedlings of 8 triticale genotypes were treated with different concentrations(0、50、100、200、300mmol/L) of NaCl for 15 days, then the physiological indexes were examined. The result showed that along with the increase of NaCl concentration, the cell membrane permeability, MDA content increased significantly. Proline content in triticale leaf increased along with the increase of NaCl stress. The activities of SOD, POD, CAT and the root activity increased first and then declined along with the increase of NaCl stress. Based on the comprehensive scores we concluded that the salt tolerance ability of NTH 1048 and Zhongsi 828 were the best, Qianzhong 3, Jinsong 49 , Zhongxin 830 were sensitive to salt stress. |
