      为了筛选耐高温胁迫的优良小麦品种,采用盆栽与人工气候室相结合的方法,研究了花后高温胁迫对15个小麦品种产量和籽粒蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,花后10 d和20 d高温处理分别使不同品种千粒重下降4.3%~34.8%和8.5%~32.5%,产量下降6.8%~35.0%和13.9%~37.9%,籽粒蛋白质含量增加1.0%~8.7%和2.4%~16.4%,表明不同品种对高温胁迫的敏感性存在明显差异。从高温处理时期来看,花后20 d高温胁迫的影响略大于花后10 d。依据花后高温胁迫下千粒重和产量的降幅进行聚类分析,将15个小麦品种划分为5类,其中洛旱6号受高温胁迫的影响较大,偃展4110、洛旱2号和郑麦366对高温胁迫的耐性较强。从籽粒蛋白质含量变化来看,豫麦50受高温胁迫影响较小,豫农949和豫农202受影响较大。

      Under pot cultivation conditions at experimental farm of Henan agricultural university, 15 wheat cultivars were chosen to investigate the effects of post anthesis high temperature stress (HTS) on grain yield and protein content. The HTS was carried out in walking in chambers, in which temperature was controled around 38℃ and wheat in pots was treated for 2 days (5 hours each day). The results indicated that HTS at 10 days and 20 days after anthesis resulted in decrease of 1000 grain weight of the 15 wheat cultivars from 4.3% to 34. 8% and from 8.5% to 32.5% and decrease of grain yield from 6.8% to 35.0% and from 13.9% to 37.9% while the protein content in grains of 15 wheat cultivars increased from 1.0% to 8.7% and from 2.4% to 16.4%, respectively. The result suggested that significant difference of sensitivity to HTS existed among different wheat cultivars. Between HTS treated phases, the effects of 20 days after anthesis HTS was more serious than that of 10 days after anthesis. According to the cluster analysis based on decrease of grain weight and yield, 15 wheat varieties were divided into five categories. Luohan 6, indicating the largest effects of HTS among all the cultivars, was in the first group. Yanzhan 4110, luohan 2 and Zhengmai 366 were in the fifth group, which showed more resistant to HTS. Based on increase of grain protein content, effect of HTS on Yumai 50 was the smallest among all the cultivars, whereas Yunong 949 and Yunong 202 showed more sensitive to HTS.
