      为深入研究小麦叶片泡状细胞的功能与细胞微观形态数量特征的关系,利用显微摄影及图像分析系统对小麦叶片表皮泡状细胞形态的数量特征进行了统计分析。结果表明:(1)小麦叶片表皮细胞中泡状细胞数目达16.35%,其面积、周长分别是普通表皮细胞的3.01、2.24倍,且面积、周长、每mm2 细胞数、周长面积比差异显著。泡状细胞的周长面积比仅占普通表皮细胞的0.723,是泡状细胞功能实现的重要数量特征;(2)以细胞面积、周长、等效圆直径、每mm2细胞数、周长面积比,可以建立小麦叶片泡状细胞Fisher′s 线形判别函数,判别正确率达99%;(3)泡状细胞组高占叶厚的比例达到了0.18,是泡状细胞功能实现的又一重要数量特征;(4)相关分析表明,泡状细胞组长、泡状细胞组高、泡状细胞组面积均与泡状细胞距离叶缘的位置呈极显著负相关。

      To determine relationship between bulliform cell function and its quantitative characteristics, bulliform cells in wheat leaves were observed and studied by bio microscope image analysis system and micrography,and statistical analysis on quantitative characteristics of bulliform cells were carried out in this paper.The result showed that: (1) The bulliform cells in wheat leaves reached 16.35% of all the cells,and its areas,perimeters were 3.01 times and 2.24 times of epidermal cells , respectively. The cell areas, cell perimeters, the number per mm2 and the ratio of perimeter to area were significantly different between bulliform cells and epidermis cells. The ratio of cell perimeters to areas of bulliform cells only reached 0.723 of epidermal cells , which was an important quantitative characteristic to achieve function of bulliform cells. (2) The Fisher's discriminant functions with 99% accuracy were constructed with index of cell areas, cell perimeters, transforming diameters ,the number per mm2 and the ratio of perimeter to area. (3) The height of bulliform cell groups reached 0.18 of leaves thickness, which was another important quantitative characteristic to achieve function of bulliform cells. (4) The correlation analysis showed a significant and negative correlation between the lengths ,the heights ,the areas of bulliform cell groups and distances from the leaves margin to location in the leaves.
