      为探究冬小麦品系“西农1718”自然黄化突变体的突变原因,连续多年对该突变体进行田间观察、记载和考种,并对其花粉母细胞减数分裂和花粉粒活性进行观察和检测。结果发现,突变体叶色自出苗即与突变亲本有差异,随着生育进程,黄化程度加深。其中,极端黄化类型(金黄株)植株矮小,孕穗期至开花期前后死亡;黄 绿中间型植株茎、叶、穗呈不同程度的黄绿色,发育时期较突变亲本晚6~8 d,苗相显弱,能结实,但结实率、粒重和发芽率有所降低。黄绿中间型突变体花粉母细胞染色体数目和减数分裂正常,花粉活力也正常。
英文摘要:
      A novel spontaneous aurea mutation of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was found from a winter wheat cultivar Xinong 1718. This study investigated some major agronomic traits and cytogenetics of the mutant. When grown in field, the mutant plants was light yellow as soon as the first leaf unfolded. With the seedling developing, the plant became etiolation in varying degrees, and their fortunes were different by its etiolation degrees: the aurea plants (i.e. ultra etiolation type) usually were dwarf and died during heading to anthesis; while the intermediate yellow green plants, with straw, leaf and ears of different yellow green colors, usually developed late 6~8 days than the wild plant, in spite of yielding seeds, their grain weight and germination rate were lower than that of the wild plant. By observing the pollen mother cells(PMC), we found that the chromosome number was norma in the mutant plant. The pollen vigor test indicated that the pollen viability of the wheat aurea mutant was normal, too.
