| 为了提升陕西省小麦的生产能力，研究了陕西省小麦生产发展的现状、区域特点、生产技术问题，并讨论了发展的思路。结果表明，陕西省小麦必须向生产目标优质化、加工企业管理规范化、主栽品种栽培标准化方向发展；提升陕西省小麦生产能力的重点区域是渭北高原中晚熟冬麦区、关中平原中早熟冬麦区；指出了区域小麦发展的技术关键，为持续增进陕西省小麦生产能力提供了重要的技术思路。 |

| To enhance the wheat productivity in Shaanxi province, the current situation, region characteristic and technical problems were studied, and development approaches in wheat production in the province were discussed. The results whowed that wheat high quality production, standardization management in processing enterprises, and standardized cultivation of major varieties should be carried out in the province. The key regions of wheat production were the middle and late maturing winter wheat area in Weibei highland and middle and early maturing winter wheat area in Guanzhong plain. The key technical measures for the wheat production in those regions were suggested in the paper. |
