为了明确化学杂交剂SQ 1对四川小麦雄性不育的诱导作用,以20个四川小麦品种(系)为研究对象,研究SQ 1不同喷药时期对不同基因型小麦的杀雄效果。结果表明,Feeks 8.5为四川小麦最佳喷施时期;适宜的喷施时期为Feeks 8.0~9.0。用4.0 kg/ha的SQ 1进行雄性不育的诱导,所有供试品种平均可达到97.09%的相对雄性不育率和49.77%的异交结实率。喷施SQ 1后,四川小麦的株高明显降低,抽穗推迟并且穗长缩短。另外,基因型的不同导致化杀效果及化杀后农艺性状有差异。 |

To study the effect on male sterility and agronomic traits between different genotypes of wheat induced by CHA SQ 1, the experiment was conducted with 20 Sichuan wheat varieties (lines) and SQ 1 spraying at different stages. The result showed that Feeks 8.5 was the best spraying stage. Spraying 4.0 kg/ha SQ 1 during the stage Feeks 8.0~9.0, the average male sterility rate was 97.09% and the pollinated seed set rate was 49.77%. The result also showed that SQ 1 could reduce the plant height, postpone the heading date and shorten the length of the spike of wheat. Different genotypes of wheat were with different male sterility rate and different agronomic traits. |
