| 镰孢菌是引起小麦赤霉病的主要病原。为了解导致云贵地区小麦赤霉病的镰孢菌组成及其致病力,对2023年9月份从云贵4州9县市夏季种植小麦和自生麦苗上采集的赤霉病穗标样进行了镰孢菌分离,用特异性引物F16F/R扩增初筛菌株EF-1α基因并进行测序,对不同种镰孢菌的代表性菌株进行了室内菌丝生长速率、产孢量和田间致病力测定。结果表明,在云贵地区小麦赤霉病样品中共分离到95株镰孢菌,分属于7个种,其中33株为南方镰孢菌(Fusarium meridionale),占分离菌株总数的34.7%,为该地区小麦赤霉病的优势种;其次为22株亚洲镰孢菌(F.asiaticum)和22株禾谷镰孢菌(F.graminearum),均占分离菌株总数的23.2%;再次为9株布氏镰孢菌(F.boothii),占分离菌株总数的9.5%;检测到6株木贼镰孢菌(F.equiseti)、2株燕麦镰孢菌(F.avenaceum)和1株为蒲苇镰孢菌(F.cortaderiae)。不同种镰孢菌的菌丝生长速率和产孢量存在差异,燕麦镰孢菌的菌丝生长速率最低,但产孢量最高;南方镰孢菌和禾谷镰孢菌的致病性最强,燕麦镰孢菌的致病性最弱;同种镰孢菌的不同菌株间的菌丝生长速率、产孢量和致病力亦存在差异。由此说明南方镰孢菌为云贵麦区小麦赤霉病的优势种,存在高比例的布氏镰孢菌(9.5%),均属国内首次报道。 |

| Fusarium species is the main pathogen causing wheat Fusarium head blight(FHB). To monitor the composition and pathogenicity of wheat FHB species in Yunnan and Guizhou regions, spike samples of FHB were collected as materials from summer wheat and self-growing wheat in 9 counties of 4 cities in Yunnan and Guizhou Regions in September 2023. The FHB strains were isolated using histopathology and identified by the specific primers F16F/R amplification combined with EF-1α gene sequence. Representative strains of different Fusarium species were selected for mycelial growth rate, spore production and field pathogenicity testing. The identification results of pathogenic species revealed that there were relatively abundant pathogenic species causing FHB in Yunnan and Guizhou Regions. Totally, 95 Fusarium strains were isolated, belonging to seven Fusarium species, of which 33 strains were identified as F. meridionale, accounting for 34.7% of the total number of isolated strains. F. meridionale is the dominant species of wheat FHB in the Yunnan and Guizhou Regions, followed by 22 strains of F. asiaticum and 22 strains of F. graminearum, individually accounting for 23.2% of the total number of isolated strains. Nine strains of F. boothii were identified, accounting for 9.5% of the total number of isolated strains. Six strains of F. equiseti, two strains of F. avenaceum and one strain of F. cortaderiae were also detected. The pathogenicity test results showed that there were differences in mycelial growth rate and spore production among different species of FHB. The mycelial growth rate of F. avenaceum was the lowest, but the spore production was the highest. F. meridiane and F. graminearum showed the strongest pathogenicity, while F. avenaceum showed the weakest pathogenicity. There was also differentiation in Fusarium among different strains of the same disease species. The F. meridiane was the dominant pathogenic species of wheat FHB and there was a high proportion of F. boothii(9.5%) in the Yunnan and Guizhou wheat regions, which is the first report in China. |
