| 种子发芽是植物生长和农业生产的第一步和关键环节，农作物生产和植物学研究中经常测定种子发芽能力。种子发芽能力可从种子发芽力和种子活力两个方面进行量化分析，每个方面又包含多种量化指标。这些指标分散于不同的文献中，存在着指标的含义不明确、测定方法不规范、公式及符号混乱、计算方法错误等问题。本文以小麦发芽数据为例，系统整理了衡量种子发芽能力常用指标的来源及含义，统一了它们的计算公式和符号，规范了它们的测定及计算方法，为发芽指标的推广应用提供参考。 |

| Seed germination is the first step and key factor in plant growth and agricultural production.Seed germination ability is often measured in crop production and botanical research,which can be quantitatively analyzed from two aspects: seed germination ability and seed vigor,and each aspect contains multiple indices. These indices are scattered in different references,and there are some problems in these indices,such as unclear meanings of the indicators,nonstandard determination methods,confusion of formulas and symbols,and wrong calculation methods. Taking wheat germination data as an example,we systematically sorted out the sources and meanings of these germination indices,unified the calculation formulas and symbols,and standardized the methods of determination and calculation. This paper can provide reference for the popularization and application of these germination indices. |
