In this study, the genetic contributions of the parents(Shaannong 981 and Xinmai 18) were tested using 53 063 SNP markers,to investigate the genetic of a new wheat variety Shaannong 33. The results showed that Shaannong 981(52.72%) contributed more to Shaannong 33 than Xinmai 18 (46.38%) on the entire genome level. As for single chromosome, more than 50% of the contribution rate from the chromosomes 2A,5A,7A,3B,4B,2D,3D,4D and 6D of Xinmai 18 can be detected in Shaannong 33. Whereas the genetic contribution of Shaannong 981 to the remining 12 chromosomes is greater than 50%. In the chromosome segment with genetic distance greater than 5 cM,Shaannong 33 originated from the 18 and 19 chromosome fragments of Shaannong 981 and Xinmai 18,respectively. Among them, the chromosomes derived from Shaannong 981 and Xinmai 18 have the most fragments on chromosome 6B and 7A,respectively. Shaannong 33 contains 154 specific sites differing from its parents across 21 chromosomes. Three QTLs derived from Xinmai 18 and eight QTLs derived from Shaannong 981 related to agronomic and quality traits were detected on chromosomes 1B,2B,2D,4A,4D and 6A. |
