为了解全球小麦QTL定位研究的现状,以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据源,采用文献计量学方法分析2008-2017年小麦QTL定位研究论文的刊文数量走势,刊文数量前十的国家、机构、期刊,被引用频次前十的国家、期刊、个人,挖掘研究热点,查找国家间合作关系,分析主要作图群体、分子标记、统计模型和分析软件。结果表明,目前小麦QTL研究热点集中在逆境抗性和产量性状方面。在小麦QTL定位研究中,STS、SSCP、RFLP、SNP是近三年使用频率最高的几种分子标记类型;为提高研究准确性,遗传模型、分子标记和分析软件常被配套使用。近十年全球小麦QTL定位研究论文的刊发数量呈上升趋势,科研合作与交流密切的国家或研究单位发表论文的数量与质量一般较高,其中美国农业部农业研究局和中国农业科学院在刊文数量和被引用次数方面领先于其他机构。中国在小麦QTL定位研究领域刊文数量占据优势,但缺乏高质量、高影响力的权威性论文,与世界顶尖水平相比还存在较大差距。因此,我国在小麦QTL定位领域的研究需要进一步加大与其他国家的交流与合作,国内各学科之间也需要加强交叉与交流 |

In this study, bibliometric approach was used to analyze the trend of quantity of the published papers during 2008 to 2017 in the field of quantitative trait loci(QTL) mapping in wheat based on the Web of Science Core Collection database. Top 10 countries, institutions and journals according to the quantity of the published papers, and top 10 countries, institutions and authors according to the citation frequency were ranked. Research hot spots, cooperation relationship among countries were analyzed. China has an advantage in the number of publications in the field of wheat QTL Mapping, but it lacks authoritative articles of high quality and high influence, which is still far behind the world’s top level. Research hot spots were focused upon the stress resistance or tolerance and yield traits. Among the molecular markers utilized in QTL mapping in wheat, SSR, SSCP, RFLP and SNP are the most commonly used types.There was an upward trend in the overall number of the published papers in QTL mapping in wheat. Generally, for countries or institutions, closer cooperation relationship lead to more and higher quality of the published papers. The Agricultural Research Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences ranked the world top institutions in terms of number of publications and citation frequency. In order to improve the accuracy of research, main mapping populations, molecular marker types, statistical models and analysis software were assorted. |
