      为了研究小麦7AL染色体上与穗粒数及千粒重相关的基因位点及其遗传效应,对小麦穗粒数及千粒重主效QTL共定位区 QC-7AL进行了精细定位及遗传效应分析。结果表明, QC-7AL主要位于小麦7AL染色体的IWA7406~IWA5913标记区间,长度为3.1 cM,对应的物理距离约为5.63 Mb,其中包含了473个SNP标记和81个基因。 QC-7AL对穗粒数和千粒重具有明显相反的遗传效应,其遗传效应分别为9.3%~ 14.3%和8.7%~13.7%。 QC-7ALQC-4BS位点对小麦穗粒数具有明显的互作效应,且 QC-7AL位点对穗粒数的遗传效应略大于 QC-4BS位点。
英文摘要:
      In order to understand the genetic loci and genetic effects related to kernel number per spike and thousand-kernel weight on 7AL chromosome of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),fine mapping was conducted for QC-7AL,a major QTL cluster on chromosome 7AL associated with kernel number per spike and thousand-kernel weight of wheat. Moreover,the effects of QC-7AL on kernel number per spike and thousand-kernel weight,and the interaction effect between QC-7AL and QC-4BS on kernel number per spike were analysed. The results showed that QC-7AL is located at the marker interval IWA7406-IWA5913 on chromosome 7AL with the genetic distance of 3.1 cM corresponding to the physical distance of 5.63 Mb. This region contains 473 SNPs and 81 genes. There are significant opposite effects on kernel number per spike and thousand-kernel weight at QC-7AL with the genetic effects of 9.3%-14.3% and 8.7%-13.7%,respectively. The genetic effect on wheat kernel number per spike aroused by QC-7AL is more than that by QC-4BS,and there are significant interaction effects between QC-7AL and QC-4BS.
